Who says Paleo is not an easy lifestyle?? Look at this dinner! Does this look hard? Not one bit. Just because you change your lifestyle to something more healthy, doesn't mean you have to give up flavor and taste :)
Paleo made simple:
grilled chicken breast, sliced thin & seasoned with a bit of olive oil, fresh garlic & sea salt
Steamed veggies
Grilled tomatoes with garlic
